Scheduled Reports

Overview

Report scheduling extends the functionality of ACM by automating reports for delivery.  With report scheduling it is possible to accomplish the following:

  • Any report in the list of reports can be scheduled
  • Reports can be scheduled by interval and by day of week
  • Reports can be automatically saved to disk
  • Reports can be automatically emailed

    Note

    An SMTP server is required for email delivery of reports.

  • Scheduled reports can be changed or deleted


Scheduling Tasks

Edit Scheduled Report

Select the report to edit from the drop-down list and click the Edit Scheduled Report icon to make changes.

Delete Scheduled Report

Select the report to delete from the drop-down list and click the Delete Scheduled Report icon.  A prompt will appear to confirm the action.
