The Romet protocol implementation supports the item names listed below for use by client applications.
When using the 3 digit Item number, please refer to the OEM documentation for your Romet device for the items applicable to your device.

| BadSignOn | I2 | Returns the number of failed Sign-ons. |
| BadSiteIdCounter | I2 | Returns the number of Site ID mis-match errors. |
| GoodSignOff | I2 | Returns the number of successful Sign-offs. |
| GoodSignOn | I2 | Returns the number of successful Sign-ons. |
| LastError | I2 | Returns the most recently occurred error code. |
| ModemAlarm | I2 | Modem Alarm value |

| LastEventRecord | Date | Timestamp of the last event record retrieved. |
| LastHourlyRecord/<audit> | Date | Timestamp of the last hourly record retrieved from audit specified. Audit is one based. Audit 1 is hourly, audit 2 is daily. Ex: "LastHouryRecord/1" |
| LastTimeSync | Date | Timestamp of the last time synchronization attempt. |
| LastTimeSyncResult | I4 | Result of the last time synchronization attempt. |
