Installing Database Providers

If no items appear in the "Provider" drop down in the ACM Monitor, download and install one of the following providers: MSOLEDBSQL19.1, MSOLEDBSQL.1 or SQLNCLI11 (only suggested for use with SQL Server 2012). These installers may prompt for a Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio:

 

If you get this message, you can download the Redistributable from here: Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads .

Note: Even if the computer you are installing on is 64-bit, the provider installer may require the 32-bit version of the redistributable, so you may need to download and install both the X86 and X64 versions.
