Archive Limits

An EFM enabled device object i.e. ROC Protocol may reference an Archive Limits object for each type of EFM data to be collected from that device.
The use of the Archive Limits object is optional but offers control over how many EFM records to retrieve during the first collection and meta data strings associated with EFM records for that archive.

Property | Description |

Name | The name of the Archive Limits object. |
Limit First Collection | If checked, limit the number of records to collect the first time a retrieval is attempted. The limit is imposed during history collection. |
First Collection Count | The number of records to collect the first time a retrieval is attempted if “Limit First Collection” is checked. |
Archive Type Name | Optional user provided string to associate with this EFM archive. Stored with the EFM record. If provided, replaces the string provided by the protocol i.e. ‘Hourly’ for Hourly Periodic Records. |
Archive SubType Name | Optional user provided string to associate with this EFM archive. Stored with the EFM record. |
Folder | The parent item for this archive limits object. |
