Edge ACM Application Properties
To access Edge ACM’s root properties, right-click and select Properties.
License
Property | Description |
---|---|
License Request | Download a license request and send it in to your AUTOSOL Sales Representative or AUTOSOL Customer Support to receive a License file. |
Update License | Click the Choose File button to browse to your license file and then click Submit. The expiration date and number of devices licensed will update accordingly. |
Expiration Date | The date after which your license will cease to function. |
Devices Licensed | The maximum number of devices Edge ACM can communicate with at a time under your existing license. If more devices are configured than the license allows, only the first devices created will able to communicate regardless of how many are enabled. |
Commands
Command | Description |
---|---|
Validate License | After uploading a license file you can execute the ‘Validate License’ command and it will ensure the license uploaded is for the intended device. |
Regenerate License Request | Create a new License Request file. Can be useful to run before pushing the Download button for the License Request if the system was cloned or has had large changes to the hardware or operating system since installation. |
Generate Archive Records Waiting to be Sent Report | Generates a report to list all EFM records that have been collected but not yet published. The report file can be found with the Edge ACM logs after it is generated. |
General
Property | Description |
---|---|
Verbose Log | Check to view highly detailed Edge ACM logs. It should remain off unless troubleshooting. |
Auto Restart App | If checked, the application will automatically restart if it is unexpectedly terminated. |
Log file count | The number of logs to keep per log type. |
Log size max (kb) | The max size, in kilobytes, a log is allowed to be before a new log is created. |

Provides additional information about the currently installed version of Edge ACM.
