This page will show how to generate a report and discuss the options available when generating one.
Instructions
From the Reports Tab in the Configuration Client Interface:
- Select the desired report to generate in the Available Reports field. If the report has configurable parameters, select the desired values.
- Select the View/Output method:
- Report View - Opens the report in XtraReports Viewer.
- CSV - Exports the report to the saved file in CSV format.
- Excel - Exports the report to saved file in Excel format.
- HTML - Exports the report to saved file in HTML format.
- If desired, change the maximum number of records in the report from the default value of 2000 to a preferred number. Reports with potentially large numbers of records may take some time to render. A value of 0 (zero) means it is unlimited so the report will contain all the records returned by the report query.
- Click the button to run the selected report and the report will generate in a new window.
