Advanced Channel Settings

The Advanced Channel Settings are a set of optional configuration items that can be added and shared across multiple Channels. Ones theses settings are configured, click save and restart Priority Forward to apply the settings if the channel is already running.

Name

Here you can set the name of these Advance Channel Settings. Make this something that short but that describes the configuration you are creating.

Connection Retries

Maximum number of tries to attempt a connection to the End Device. This is shared across both the Priority and Secondary connections.

Connection Retry Interval (ms)

The amount of time the connection will idle before attempting a connection retry. This is shared across both the Priority and Secondary connections.

Priority Switch Delay (ms)

The amount of time the Priority connection should wait before attempting to connect to the End Device.

This delay will only apply if the Secondary connection has been active within the past X amount of milliseconds. Where X is this this same Priority Switch Delay value.
