Licensing

Before devices can be polled, a License must exist on the hardware.

With Edge Manager installed:

1. Go to http://{EdgeDeviceIP}:8080

2. Select App Manager on the top navigation pane

3. Expand the node at the top of the Explorer pane

4. Right click Edge ACM

5. Select Properties

6. Download a License Request and send that file to your AUTOSOL contact or submit a support ticket with the License Request attached.

7. When you receive a License file, return to Edge ACM properties

8. Use Choose File to select your License

9. Press the Submit button

Congratulations! Your hardware is now licensed and can be used to poll devices!
