Troubleshooting Mosquitto

On an initial install of Mosquitto, you may find you can’t communicate with the broker.

Find the mosquitto.conf file in C:\Program Files\mosquitto

Ensure it includes the following lines (and no listener or allow_anonymous line contradicts them)
