Overview
User preferences are accessed from the Tools menu on the Configuration Tab.
Use Forms as the default editing view for objects
Default = Selected. This option controls how an object is viewed for inspection. If deselected, the Property Grid view will be used.
Display object full name
Default = Selected. If selected, an object's full name with folder path is shown when listing or displaying it.
Prompt for confirmation of object moves
Default = Selected. If selected, a dialog will ask for confirmation of the operation before allowing it.
Prompt for confirmation of folder moves
Default = Selected. If selected, a dialog will ask for confirmation of the operation before allowing it.
Activate Alias Tags on Status Tab
- Always.
- Never.
- Only when Alias Group tags are active. (Default)

Item Date Display Format
Default = "Use default display format". This option provides the ability to display dates in a custom format. All datetime tags shown within the client for the logged in user will follow this setting. This does not impact the datetime format on reports.
Click Save to commit any changed settings.
