File Handler Properties

Due to the size of file data for MQTT streaming, the File Handler publishes serially no more than one file at a time regardless of how many scanners are enabled.

The minimum update time can be adjusted in the File Handler properties.

Verbose Log

Adds many details to the File Handler logs. It should remain off unless troubleshooting.

Auto Restart App

When the File Handler is started, its PID will be recorded. If the PID is no longer associated with a running process, the app manager will attempt to restart it.

Minimum Interval

A period of seconds that is added as a delay between publishing files. This prevents the publication of device data from being overwhelmed if multiple files come in simultaneously.
