If no items appear in the "Provider" drop down in the ACM Monitor, download and install one of the following providers: MSOLEDBSQL19.1, MSOLEDBSQL.1 or SQLNCLI11 (only suggested for use with SQL Server 2012).

The installers for the providers may prompt for a Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio. More information can be found on the Installing Database Providers page.

Note

AUTOSOL is aware of an issue with MSOLEDBSQL 18.6.0 and above due to the Idle Connection Resiliency feature added in that version. When saving configuration changes, you may see an error about too many parameters, or the server being unable to ‘find statement with prepared handle #’. If you encounter these errors, we suggest rolling back to MSOLEDBSQL 18.5.

This will be addressed in 9.1.2, but is available as a hotfix for 8.2 and later.
