Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Edge Manager would not be correctly enabled in generic platforms so it would not start upon a system reboot.

• Azure app now requires the ‘curl’ package as a dependency instead of ‘libcurl4', permitting the Debian package to install in architectures (i.e. older versions of Raspberry Pi OS) which do not have ‘libcurl4' in their package repositories.
