Dependency Version Change

This release includes a new external dependency that must be downloaded from the internet. Internet access is required to upgrade to this version.

App Manager 2.2.1.0

HTTPS can now be enabled and disabled on the webserver. HTTPS is disabled by default.
Adds the ability to log in with a username and password. The default is admin/admin.

Issues Addressed

Corrects an issue with tag groups and how the file is loaded.
Changes the wording on the App Manager connection status for clarity.
