Access to AMP starts with the login screen as shown here.

Directions for Login

  • Enter a valid domain/username. Either \ or / can be used for the domain and username entry.

    • Example: ACMECORP\ROADRUNNER

  • Enter a valid password for the account. The visibility toggle on the right side of the password entry will allow the password to be visible on the form.

  • Select an ACM Server Profile to connect too. If present and configured, the following selection drop-down is shown below the Password.

  • Click the Login button to proceed with authentication and login to AMP.

  • Once logged in, a session is created and the dashboard page is shown.

ACM Server Profiles are an optional feature. If the user does not select a Profile when logging in, the default server configuration is used for the session.

Username/Password Incorrect

 

The domain\username and or password were not found on your network or domain.

  1. Verify the account information is correct.

  2. Verify the password is in the correct case (upper case or lower case for each character.

  3. Verify that the keyboard caps lock function is off.

Locked Out

 

The username has been locked out from further attempts to login until the lock can be removed.

  1. Wait until the lockout has expired.

  2. Contact a site administrator to manually unlock this username before the lockout has expired.

Server Not Licensed. Admin Only

 

The server license is not present or has expired.

  1. Refer to the Troubleshooting page.

Server Not Licensed, Limited Session

 

The server license is not present or has expired. One administrator is allowed a two minute session to perform license configuration.

  1. Verify license status and file location.

  2. Request a new license and install using the Licensing page.
