Protocol Items
The Flow-X item names are entirely dependent on the load running in the device. Running the “Retrieve Tag Configuration” command will populate the protocol items category for OPC browsing.
Extended Items

| GetTagConfiguration | Initiate a Read of the complete list of available tags in the device. This populates the OPC tag list, and gives ACM a reference for tag data types, etc. This only needs to be run once, unless the device load changes. Note: This retrieves a large amount of data. |
| RetrieveHistory | Initiate Collection of alarms, events, & EFM records from all archives configured in ACM. |
