Data values received from device
Default = Not selected. When selected, an OPC item raw value, data type and quality will be logged after a poll that receives a good response or a poll that receives no response. The value will be in raw units (if it differs from the engineering units received from the OPC client).
Sample: “FATestLab, F8:1= 14.7 Q:0x00c00000 ID=100978032 VT=0x0004”
Data values sent to device
Default = Not selected. When selected, an OPC item value will be logged when an OPC client writes to an item, but before the write message is sent to the device. The value will be in raw units (if it differs from the engineering units received from the OPC client).
Sample: “FATestLab, F8:0Write Item = 14.5”
Data values written by clients
Default = Not selected. When selected, an OPC item value and data type will be logged when an OPC client writes to an item, but before the write message is sent to the device. The value logged will be in engineering units (if it differs from the raw units used when writing the value to the device).
Sample: “ACM, (Write) [DF1\FATestLab] F8:0= 14.5 ID=84447384 VT=0x0004”
Data values sent to clients
Default = Not selected. When selected, an OPC item data value, data type and quality will be logged after polling of such item is complete. This log is from host level. The value logged will be in engineering units (if it differs from the raw units used when writing the value to the device).
Sample: “ACM, [DF1\FATestLab] F8:0= 14.7 Q:0x00c00000 ID=84447384 VT=0x0004”
Configuration changes
Default = Not selected. When selected, ACM will produce a log entry indicating a change was made to the configuration.
