Overview

This wizard provides the ability to create a new database or update an existing database to the latest version.

Note

The "Provider" must be selected on the previous page before continuing.  

Page 1 (Connection information)

Server name: Default = Server name from the previous form.  If necessary, change to the name of the appropriate server.

Authentication/User name/Password: Default = value from previous form. The authentication information required for secure access to the database.  Supported authentication methods are Windows Authentication and SQL Server Authentication. When using Windows Authentication, ACM will connect under the user account for each service.    If opting to use SQL Authentication, passwords must not contain a semi-colon.

Azure Database: Default = Not selected. value from previous form. This must be selected if the database is an Azure SQL database.  For more information: Understanding the Azure SQL Database Checkbox. 

Page 2 (Create table options)

Create a new database: (Default) Select this option to create a new database with an empty configuration.
