What's New

The Honeywell Mercury - New* protocol driver was developed using AUTOSOL's newest protocol driver software framework. This new framework allows for faster development of new features and improved software testing and issue resolution. This driver provides the same functionality, except as listed below, as the existing Honeywell Mercury protocol driver.

Note
  • Mercury devices already configured in ACM will continue to work using the existing protocol driver, but should be converted to the new protocol driver by the end of year 2020.
  • The existing Mercury protocol driver will be deprecated at the end of the year 2020 and will no longer be included in the ACM install.
  • If you have objects configured with the previous version of the Honeywell Mercury (ACM 8.0 and earlier) AUTOSOL will provide assistance and a method for converting existing ACM devices to the new protocol driver.  Contact your AUTOSOL Sales Representative or AUTOSOL Customer Support when ready.
  • AUTOSOL suggests that testing is done with the new protocol driver using devices in your system to ensure correct operation.
  • New Honeywell Mercury devices being added to an existing system should be added using this new protocol module.
  • A new Call-in Schedule object is part of the new protocol module. Call-in Schedule objects created with existing protocol module are not compatible with new protocol module devices.
